Southwest Health Center Receives Press Ganey Award
Platteville, Wisconsin (January 13, 2010)---Southwest Health Center was recently honored by Press Ganey with
the Summit Award for achieving and sustaining inpatient satisfaction above the 95th percentile over three consecutive years. According to Press Ganey, a leading health care performance improvement company, the Summit Award is the most prestigious designation it confers on hospitals, and it is also the most challenging to attain.
"This is a national award that honors all employees and physicians of Southwest Health Center," said President and CEO Anne Klawiter. "What our staff has proven in winning the award is what distinguishes Southwest from others near and far -- the outstanding consistency with which they deliver customer service."
For nearly two decades, Brim has provided management services for Southwest Health Center. In that time, the hospital has experienced tremendous growth including the opening of a new hospital facility in 2005. The hospital features award-winning design and state-of-the-art technology and equipment. In addition, Southwest Health Center has continued to be the provider of choice in their service area for quality, patient-centered healthcare services.
